Common questions

I didn't get the email to confirm my address or reset my password

Check your spam folder and wait a minute before asking for a new one on the sign-in screen. Links work for a limited time, so use the newest one.

I'm not getting reminders

Make sure notifications are allowed for PlushieCare in your phone's settings, and check the menu, then Preferences, then Reminders. Reminders wait until 07:00 during quiet hours.

How do I get a copy of my data?

The menu, then Your data, then Export my data. You'll get a file you can save or send.

How do I delete my account?

The menu, then Your data, then Delete account. If you no longer have the app, see Delete your account.
