Consumer health data privacy

Effective 5 November 2026

This page is a draft pending legal review.

This policy explains how EOI Digital handles consumer health data in PlushieCare, as required by the Washington My Health My Data Act and similar US state laws. It adds to our privacy policy.

What health data we collect

Your moods and reflections: the mood you pick each day (a 1 to 5 scale) and anything you write in a reflection. Finished breathing sessions are recorded as activity, without any health measurement.

How we collect it

Only when you enter it yourself, and only after you give separate consent the first time you save a mood or reflection.

Why we use it

To show you your mood chart and your journal, and to let your plushie respond kindly. Nothing else.

Who we share it with

We never sell your health data, and we never share it for advertising. It is stored with our database provider, Supabase, in Singapore, who processes it only on our behalf. It is never in crash reports. While the Usage data switch is on, our analytics provider, PostHog, counts that a mood was logged or a reflection saved (never which mood or what you wrote), a finished breathing session and its length, and which path you start or step through. Google Analytics never receives any of these.
